Short-Term Therapy Success Story

Nancy T. arrived to us in November after being hospitalized for respiratory failure. She participated in PT, OT, ST in order to regain  her strength and swallowing skills. When she came to BGNR she required assistance in all of her ADLs, was unable to walk, and was on an altered diet. She is now able to transfer herself, dresses herself, walk independently with a walker, and has advanced her diet. She made amazing progress and is living at home with her husband and granddaughter.
