Steve O. arrived to us in late February after being hospitalized with cardiovascular issues. He participated in PT, OT, ST in order to regain his strength and cognitive skills. When he came to BGNR he required assistance in all of his ADLs, was unable to walk or complete safety and problem solving tasks. He has worked hard in his therapy since he arrived and is now able to transfer himself safely with minimal assistance, dress himself, and participate in daily activities throughout the building. He has made amazing progress and continues to improve every day.
