Success Story Delta F.

Delta F. returned to us as after being hospitalized for cardiac issues. She participated in PT and OT to regain her strength. When she returned to BGNR she required assistance in all her ADLs and was unable to walk without assistance. She has worked hard in her therapy and is now able to independently dress herself, walk herself using a rolling walker negotiating her bathroom, room and even in the hall. She has made amazing progress and continues to improve every day. We are so proud of you Delta!
