Short-Term Therapy Success Story

Ms. Ruth M. was admitted to Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation on 01/04/2018. She was admitted from the hospital after a severe infection which left her unable to perform activities of daily living. She was seen by Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy five times a week to improve her strength and endurance allowing her to safely return to her home environment. She was unable to complete these tasks without significant assistance while she recovered. As a result of her intensive rehabilitation and her dedication to recovery, she has regained her independence in bathing, dressing, transfers, walking, and memory. Due to her determined spirit, she will be discharging to home setting with her husband. We are so very proud of her progress!
